On ca. 8.000 m² goods for greater Berlin/Brandenburg area will be stored and distributed. The storehouse is referred to internally as a call-off storehouse by H&M. That means that the goods for individual shops are compiled according to the needs of the shops and then distributed to the shops in Berlin and Brandenburg. Changing rooms, office space and associated facilities are accommodated in the office and social area, which is integrated in the storehouse construction.
