An office building with retail space on the ground floor and an underground parking garage was built near the Kottbusser Tor subway station in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

The street and courtyard elevations were designed as clinker brick façades with large floor-to-ceiling windows, with integrated façade lighting on the street sides. The two- and three-storey extensions on the courtyard side were given ETICS façades with large, floor-to-ceiling windows.

All office spaces are characterized by visible, striking ceiling constructions, a combination of pi-ceiling and flat ceiling.

GFB prepared all the documents for the design, approval and implementation planning.
