In Greifswald harbour there is a vacant, historical warehouse with a distinctive buildung cubature that is once again to be utilised.
Its future use as a hotel with 156 rooms, restaurant, bar and conference areas is presented in a study. The plans envisage retaining much of the existing building cubature. The originally closed building facades will be opened up with new windows and glazing.
