The Martin-Luther-Ring marks the outer edge of the old city centre of Leipzig. The site is located where this ring road is met by the Nonnenmühlgasse. A new building with apartments, commercial and office spaces is planned to fill the prominent corner lot between the Federal Administrative Court and the New City Hall. The architectural concept proposes a small-scale, varied facade treatment as a reminder of the pre-war buildings. Floors running through from section to section at the same level enable office spaces to be subdivided at will. Absolute flexibility for fitting out according to tenants’ wishes is guaranteed. The apartments are arranged around a peaceful inner courtyard as a separate building.
