In a central location in Berlin we planned a high-value (four star plus) hotel at the edge of a block. The building has got a two-storey lobby and a generous conference area. Its highlight is the spa area in the attic with pool, saunas, fitness studio, bar and a breathtaking view over the roofs of Berlin. The guests will find 163 double rooms and 42 apartments, five passenger lifts and one service lift which also take you to the underground car park. GFB completed the planning up to the level of the building permission. The building project will be put into practice by the buyer of the property.
